Justin Weatherby founded WHIP Leadership on a simple conviction: that the signals, symbols, and cues leaders send, consciously and unconsciously, are the actual levers of organizational performance, culture, and sustainable growth.
He brings a genuinely singular perspective to that work. A former professional performer turned operations executive, Justin spent fourteen years as an arts administrator at one of the world’s great cultural institutions. He holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, is completing an executive coaching credential at Teacher’s College at Columbia University, and is a Tony Award® winning Broadway co-producer.
